Job summary
Job Juncture is seeking a maintenance engineer to join a refinery-based reliability team. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and reliability work, while helping craft and enhance the maintenance strategy for fixed and rotating equipment.
You will collaborate with on-site technicians and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient execution of tasks and expanding CMMS-driven planning for continued equipment availability.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial).
- 5+ years maintenance experience in heavy industrial environments such as refining, petrochemical, terminal.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, fixed equipment, piping systems, and refinery maintenance practices.
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, contract maintenance resources, and CMMS systems.
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, Process Safety Management, lockout/tagout, and safe-work permitting.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and reliability tasks on fixed and rotating equipment.
- Help develop and improve the maintenance/reliability strategy.
- Collaborate with on-site technicians and contractors to execute maintenance plans.
- Support backlog management and CMMS-driven work planning.
