Job summary

PBF Energy in Oregon seeks a Supervisor, Maintenance to lead rotating equipment maintenance teams, plan work, and ensure safe, reliable operation of refinery units. You will direct Maintenance Mechanics, manage daily schedules, and coordinate with other groups to deliver high-quality, timely maintenance results.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree or equivalent, 8+ years in maintenance, and strong leadership, communication, and SAP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years maintenance experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience supervising craftsmen and scheduling maintenance work
• SAP and MS Office proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and direct maintenance work per daily schedule with refinery teams
• Lead safety discussions and set expectations for hourly staff
• Assign work to Maintenance Mechanics and coordinate with other groups
• Identify productivity improvements such as multi-crafting and skill gaps reporting
• Prepare work scopes, estimates, and ensure required tools and materials are available
• Maintain effective communications and coordinate day-to-day tasks with supervisors
