Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of five years plant process experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, coordinate and control daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and instrumentation.
• Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians and contractors to ensure safety, productivity and quality.
• Train others on equipment and instruments and coach team members.
• Assist in installation of new equipment and ensure preventative maintenance is planned.
• Participate in maintenance and capital projects, supervise contractors, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain ISO documentation updates and drive reliability improvements.
• Operate as a working supervisor with accountability for plant availability.
