Advanced Pain Care, Inc. is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage the processing and coordination of patient referrals for internal and external consults.

The role involves working closely with clinicians, patients, and external providers to schedule visits and ensure timely care. You will review referral diagnoses, collect documentation, and support the referral workflow across multiple locations, including collaboration with NSG scheduling, pre-authorization, and related teams.

Qualifications

• Prior clinical, medical or marketing experience is preferred.
• Must understand and convey written and oral instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and process referrals for multiple locations.
• Arrange appointments with internal specialists and external providers.
• Review referral diagnoses and CPT codes during processing.
• Collect and file required documentation for each referral.
• Generate weekly reports on referrals and status updates.
• Collaborate with scheduling, pre-authorization and other teams as needed.
