Job summary

Comprehensive Pain Consultants of the Carolinas (CPC) is seeking a Referral Coordinator – Inbound to join our team in Murphy, NC. You will review and process referrals from external providers, verify information, collect records, and schedule new patient appointments, helping to initiate the patient care journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eCW preferred).
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound referrals from external providers via multiple channels.
• Verify completeness of referral documents and input data into the EMR; schedule new patient appointments.
• Coordinate with referring offices and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely access to care.
