FoundCare, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to manage patient referrals to specialists and other providers. You will obtain insurance authorization and verify coverage while coordinating appointment scheduling to support patient care.

Maintain accurate referral records, communicate with providers, and ensure proper documentation. Strong organization, teamwork, and English communication are essential to success in this role.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year assisting patients with medical referrals.
• Proficient typing and data entry.
• Excellent MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
