The role requires a high school diploma, two years of scheduling or customer service experience, and strong computer and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required: 2 years' experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or related field.
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and data entry.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in handling difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Performs direct outreach to targeted patients and schedules appointments as requested.
• Manages and coordinates referrals via online work queues.
• Provides excellent customer service and access navigation support to patients and providers via web tools.
• Develops and maintains organized record keeping systems to facilitate information flow and retrieval.
• Works collaboratively with clinical departments to meet patient needs.
• Other duties as required.
