Job summary

QuarterLine is seeking a Referral Management Center Specialist to support our healthcare team at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF). You will handle referral inquiries, review and process referrals, and coordinate specialty appointments to ensure timely care for patients.

The role requires medical terminology knowledge, strong administrative skills, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time, on-site position at Nellis AFB with DHA-related compliance and patient confidentiality at

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of administrative experience in medical settings preferred.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist patients and staff with referrals.
• Review referrals for completeness and eligibility.
• Schedule and reschedule specialty appointments per MTF guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals with outside providers or insurers when unavailable at the MTF.
• Maintain referral documentation in MHS GENESIS and related systems.
• Educate patients on referral procedures and timelines.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in all interactions.
