StartupNWA Bentonville is seeking a Reentry Program Specialist to assist justice-involved and veteran populations in achieving self-sufficiency through a 16-week paid program. The role focuses on intensive case management, skill-building, and job readiness to help participants gain employment.

The position entails coordinating services, teaching curricula on life skills, financial management, and career development, and maintaining progress notes while navigating federal and state resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in public service or social services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of criminal justice system or veteran services.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the designated region.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide intensive case management.
• Design and facilitate educational and training programs for participants.
• Facilitate intake, complete needs assessment, and develop an Individual Service Plan.
• Provide information and referrals, maintain boundaries with clients.
• Develop relationships with community providers and partners.
• Maintain client privacy and compliance with HIPAA and CARF.
• Facilitate discharge planning and follow-up in transfers.
• Coordinate staff in-service trainings and mentor program participants.
• Complete daily and weekly case notes and progress reports.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for reintegration.
• Perform related duties as required.
