GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a reentry services professional in California to facilitate participant placements upon release and coordinate with CDCR/CBP partners.

The role involves collaborating with parole officers, transportation staff, and community providers to ensure smooth program entry and ongoing case management. The position requires understanding of custody-to-community transitions, strong communication, and organizational skills, with emphasis on accurate reporting and crisis

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with case management and criminal justice populations preferred.
• Knowledge of CBT, addiction dynamics and related theories.
• Knowledge of California Treatment Initiative and reentry continuum of care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Parole Officers to determine placement.
• Collaborates with Transportation Coordinator to ensure transportation to CBP program placement.
• Receives, tracks and monitors referrals from Parole Officers.
• Conducts assessment to appropriately place participants based on individual needs.
• Ensures participants have necessary medication and supplies prior to entering facility.
• Completes required reports as required by CDCR and Program Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
