Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. seeks a coordinator to facilitate program participant placements upon release from CDCR facilities to CBP programs, including LSUDD, LSUDT, FOTEP, and sober living options.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Parole Officers and Transportation, handling referrals, conducting assessments, and ensuring medications and supplies are ready before facility entry. Strong communication and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with case management and criminal-justice populations.
• CBT, addiction theories, and criminogenic risks.
• Understanding of California Treatment Initiative and transition care.
• Transitional processes between in-custody and community programs.
• Excellent English spelling.
• Maturity to handle sensitive reentry services.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to oversee participants.
• Facilitate engagement in treatment and recovery.
• Case management skills for CBP placement.
• Proficient with department software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Parole Officers to determine placement.
• Coordinates with Transportation to ensure placement.
• Receives, tracks and monitors referrals from Parole Officers.
• Conducts assessments to place participants based on needs.
• Ensures participants have medication and supplies before entering facility.
• Produces required reports per CDCR and Program Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
