Qualifications

• Experience with case management and populations in the criminal justice system.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as regulations and procedures.
• Proven ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to establish rapport and manage crisis situations.
• Proficiency with computers and common software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Parole Officers to determine placement.
• Coordinates transportation to program placements.
• Receives and tracks referrals from Parole Officers.
• Performs assessments to determine participant placement.
• Ensures participants have necessary medications or supplies.
• Completes required reports as required by CDCR and Program Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
