Job summary

ADT, the #1 smart home security provider in the U.S., seeks a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with customers who already know ADT. You will re-engage existing clients, shorten sales cycles, and rebuild trust while offering security, automation, and life-safety solutions tailored to their space and lifestyle.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with potential to reach $105,000 for new advisors and over $150,000 for experienced teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder; guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers; shorter sales cycles and higher conversion.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
