Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Red Team Manager to lead a team of security professionals in simulating threats, coordinating assessments, and mentoring junior staff. This role oversees engagements, develops reports, and drives improvements across CrowdStrike’s security services.

Responsibilities include designing Red Team offerings, managing operations, and collaborating with sales to scope new customer engagements while communicating with executive leadership. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Leadership role.
• Advanced experience with Security Assessment Toolsets (Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite).
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Red Team offerings, including engagement work, reporting, and metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Red Team.
• Coordinate and lead all penetration testing activities and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain reporting, mitigations, and executive/technical communications.
• Organize resources for penetration assessments of OS, apps, databases, and networks.
