Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Red Teamer to conduct cloud-focused adversary emulation as part of our CRTBT engagements. You will work with customers to test cloud security controls and detection capabilities, and guide engagements from kickoff to final report delivery.

Applicants should have 2–3 years in red team consulting or MSSP roles, 5+ years in cybersecurity, strong scripting skills, and experience building relationships with client executives. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in red team consulting services or MSSP roles.
• 1–2 years experience conducting Red Team/Blue Team or Purple Team exercises.
• 5+ years cybersecurity industry experience overall, including hands-on roles such as penetration testing and adversary emulation.
• Experience in scripting, automation, and tooling development to support adversary emulation operations.
• Experience with building and growing strategic relationships with client mid-level managers and executives.
• Experience in customer-facing project management with a focus on customer service.
• Experience implementing information security programs in domains such as endpoint, cloud, network, threat intelligence, or security operations centers.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment and provide quick resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud-focused adversary emulation engagements as part of CRTBT.
• Collaborate with customers to understand existing cloud security controls and detection capabilities, and emulate realistic TTPs.
• Manage engagements from kickoff through report delivery and drive long-term enhancements to sharpen tradecraft.
