Citizens is seeking an Offensive Security Manager (Red Team) to lead adversary emulation, threat-informed testing, and advanced security assessments across traditional and AI-augmented environments.

You will mentor a team of Red Team professionals, collaborate with cyber operations, detection engineering, and architecture teams, and translate findings into actionable risk mitigation for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with offensive security focus.
