Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Remote Red Team Manager to lead red team engagements, coordinate testing activities, and oversee the team’s day-to-day operations. You will manage vendor relationships and prepare executive-facing reports with mitigations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in red team/penetration testing, 3+ years in leadership, and hands-on expertise with Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Red Team/Penetration Testing.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with tool development lifecycle and development teams.
• Strong understanding of security methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of Red Team offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day Red Team operations and coordination.
• Coordinate all penetration testing activities and vendor relations.
• Develop reports with mitigations for management and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope new customer engagements.
