Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 12+ years of Red Team or Penetration Testing experience.
• Experience leading complex offensive security engagements and coordinating technical teams.
• Experience building or maturing a Red Team, adversarial simulation, or penetration testing program.

Responsibilities

• Lead adversarial emulation engagements using MITRE ATT&CK.
• Design full-scope red team operations including initial access to data exfiltration.
• Lead security assessments across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments.
• Develop and operationalize Red Team tooling and automation.
• Present findings to executive leadership and stakeholders.
