Hayden Beverage Co. in Idaho Falls, ID is hiring a SR2 Red Bull Sales Representative to manage route-based sales. You will operate a Red Bull non-CDL truck, visit accounts on your route, and promote market penetration of new products while delivering and merchandising beverages.

The role emphasizes 90%+ field time, achieving KPIs for sales, pricing, displays, and new accounts, with a strong customer-service focus and professional image. Occasional nights/weekends may occur.

Qualifications

• You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace.
• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry; outside sales experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and efficiently organized.
• Can work well individually or in a team environment.
• Able to meet monthly KPIs focused on: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components.
• Able to provide top notch customer service in accounts.
• Can do/will do attitude.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Red Bull non-CDL truck.
• Drive to on and off premise accounts on your pre-determined route.
• Identify and execute opportunities for promoting market penetration of new Red Bull product lines.
• Deliver and merchandise Red Bull beverages.
• Sell and build displays.
• Spends 90% or more of the time outside the office in route and sales calls.
• Reconcile and balance accounts at the end of your day.
