Job summary

The Wittern Group in Des Moines, IA seeks a Recurring Revenue Manager to own revenue from installed and connected devices, including software subscriptions, data services, and other recurring charges. You will ensure every billable connection is billed correctly and maintain an up-to-date asset revenue ledger.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Support to optimize pricing, packages, and revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in revenue operations, finance, recurring revenue, SaaS, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and large data systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue from installed devices and connected assets, including subscriptions and data services.
• Ensure every billable connection is billed correctly and no active connection is missed.
• Maintain accurate asset revenue ledger and revenue by asset.
• Find and fix billing problems, missed fees, or incorrect pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to optimize pricing, packages, and revenue strategies.
• Build dashboards tracking revenue metrics and share reports with leadership.
