Qualifications

Задачи

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical roles across EMEA and AMER/LATAM
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Enhance the employer brand and position RE Partners as an employer of choice
• Improve recruitment processes and outcomes
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech and consulting roles
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team on talent attraction strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Provide market insights on industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Maintain accurate ATS data and deliver regular recruitment metrics reports
• Assess and improve recruitment processes for greater efficiency

Требования

• 4+ Years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional professional English proficiency, written and verbal
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM
• Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to different regional contexts
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work across different time zones
