Job summary

Leadership In Flight Training Academy is seeking a motivated intern to support Talent Acquisition through outreach events, campus tours, and data collection. You will present information to various groups and coordinate intern events at the Indianapolis campus, with opportunities to observe interview processes.

The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR/Marketing/Business/Communications, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work both independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Admin, or Communications.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Adequate event planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend outreach and recruitment events.
• Provide quality tours of facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees.
• Gather data and other information as requested.
• Present company information to internal and external groups.
• Coordinate all intern onsite and offsite events for groups.
• Observe interview processes for Talent Acquisition groups.
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s applications.
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required.
