Adequate event planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

Attend various outreach and recruitment events.
Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees.
Gather data and other information as requested.
Present company specific information to internal and external groups.
Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company.
Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition.
Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application.
Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required.
