Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a business group.
• Strong analytical skills and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with public speaking and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend various outreach and recruitment events.
• Provide quality tours of facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees.
• Gather data and information as requested.
• Present company information to internal and external groups.
• Coordinate all intern onsite and offsite events for multiple groups.
• Observe interview processes within Talent Acquisition.
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application.
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required.
