Job summary

Leadership In Flight Training Academy is seeking motivated interns to support Talent Acquisition by attending outreach events and providing guided tours for prospective students and Republic Airways employees. The role includes data gathering, presentations, and coordinating intern events across the company.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, have strong Microsoft Office skills, and can work both independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, marketing, business admin, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend various outreach and recruitment events.
• Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees.
• Gather data and other information as requested.
• Present company specific information to internal and external groups.
• Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company.
• Observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition.
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application.
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required.
