Job summary

Wilson Recruitment Team is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to lead a team of Recruiters, partnering with clients and the CRM team to drive talent acquisition strategies and performance. You will serve as an expert in labor market trends and deploy targeted sourcing to attract passive and active candidates.

You will coach, forecast, and report onRecruiting operations, coordinating with Sr Leadership and clients to meet and exceed recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to clearly set expectations and objectives.
• Develop and present recruiting strategy plans for delivery clients and execute across the team.
• Successfully lead through metrics.
• Strong business knowledge across multiple industries and client relationships.
• Demonstrate agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Familiarity with multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases.
• Guide in attracting talent through social media, alumni and social networking, Boolean strings, direct/cold-call sourcing, and referrals.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience in RPO or staffing preferred.
• On-site with client in Prague 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Run and lead a team of Recruiters, driving performance across assigned account(s).
• Mentor, coach and develop team members; build performance improvement plans.
• Provide sourcing advisory strategies based on labor market and client industry.
• Set and manage weekly/monthly goals; adjust as needed.
• Own comprehensive reporting to Sr Leadership.
• Understand contract details, P&L and account logistics.
• Ensure team adheres to SLAs and targets; educate on metrics.
• Forecast resourcing needs and allocate roles accordingly.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with CRM, Sr Leadership, and clients.
