Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative, dynamic and talented team. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and candidate recommendations for hire, acting as trusted advisor to clients and advocates for candidates.

You will build a strong candidate network, develop proactive recruitment strategies, maintain ATS data, and ensure submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios meet weekly and monthly goals

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience using an ATS and managing candidate data.
• Excellent sourcing and interview coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee candidate selection, including screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and guide hiring managers through offers.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit-to-hire targets.
• Update ATS data and related reports.
