Job summary

HRI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support daily recruiting operations across the Corporate Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will manage postings, candidate tracking in Workday, interview coordination, and onboarding handoff, while maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR coordination experience.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday Recruiting preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team through all stages of the recruiting process.
• Create, review, and maintain job requisitions and postings for accuracy.
• Post jobs to internal and external platforms and monitor postings.
• Monitor applicant flow and assist with candidate review and initial screening.
• Coordinate phone screens, interviews, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain candidate statuses in Workday and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with offer preparation, approval tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background/reference checks.
• Identify duplicates or system issues and coordinate resolution with HRIS.
• Support onboarding handoff and transition candidates through pre-hire.
• Produce reports on open positions, time-to-fill, and candidate pipelines.
