Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist in Hawthorne, CA to deliver a strong candidate and new-hire experience from recruitment through onboarding. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational positions across locations, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Beyond recruitment, the Specialist owns onboarding including pre-employment checks, new-hire paperwork, orientation, HRIS

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related experience preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-site recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting Medical Assistants, front-office healthcare employees, or other positions is highly desirable.
• Experience managing candidates through recruitment and onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational positions across locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and priorities.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms and source candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep candidates informed.
