Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a contract-based Recruitment Marketing Specialist to power talent attraction through strategic digital campaigns. This remote role runs on CST hours and targets global audiences, with a compensation range of $50-$53 per hour.

You will architect end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives, oversee programmatic media spend, manage the career site CMS and tracking, and coordinate global CRM communications to engage talent pipelines across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or digital advertising experience.
• Hands-on CMS administration experience (Phenom preferred), programmatic media tools (Appcast), and CRM management.
• Proven track record coordinating agency partnerships and data-driven recruitment campaigns.

Compensation Range: $50 - 53 per hour
