Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a remote contract-based Recruitment Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end digital campaigns. You will partner with external agencies, oversee programmatic ads, and optimize ROI across platforms, while managing CMS, chatbot, and landing pages for a seamless candidate journey.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of strategic experience, familiarity with Phenom CMS and Appcast, and proven ability to manage agency partnerships along with data-driven recruitment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or digital advertising experience.
• Hands-on expertise with CMS administration (Phenom preferred), programmatic media tools (Appcast), and CRM platform management.
• Proven track record of managing agency partnerships, executing data-driven media campaigns, and analyzing recruitment marketing metrics.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional project management and stakeholder communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end digital recruitment marketing campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
• Oversee programmatic recruitment advertising and media spend across specialized platforms to optimize ROI and vendor performance.
• Administer the career site CMS, chatbot, and tracking mechanisms to build conversion-focused landing pages.
• Manage global CRM communication calendars and omnichannel email strategies to engage key talent pipelines with employer branding content.
