Requires 7+ years of experience (5+ with a Master’s) in marketing analytics, with SQL/Excel/R/Python/SAS proficiency and strong communication to cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing analytics experience or 5+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience with large pharmaceutical data preferred.
• Experience analyzing deidentified patient claims data is a plus.
• Knowledge of cardio-renal-metabolic therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong statistical programming and data extraction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics including marketing mix modeling and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to inform call plans and campaigns.
• Perform in-campaign digital analytics across email, banners, mobile, and alerts.
• Synthesize market forecasts and claims data into strategic recommendations.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and manage analytics vendors.
