Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Project Manager to bridge strategy and data operations, ensuring data governance and precise campaign delivery. You will translate business strategy into actionable data instructions for data engineers and oversee end-to-end quality control.

The role is remote (CST business hours) on a full-time basis, through January 31, 2027, with compensation of $45–$50 per hour on a W2 arrangement. Strong CRM and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct response data management with segmentation, selects, suppressions, and merge/purge rules.
• 2+ years of hands-on SQL and relational databases; familiarity with ETL and data warehousing.
• Experience authoring complete technical data instructions and reviewing campaigns.
• Strong client-facing communication with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage data guidebooks and data dictionaries to enforce data integrity across campaigns.
• Translate business strategy into technical data instructions for data engineers.
• Perform end-to-end quality control on data files and audit mail entry outputs.
