Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter, or related fast-paced experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Expertise using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, other ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles for diverse roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, and more.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience as the first touchpoint to Judi Health.
• Collaborate with leaders on job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a passive candidate pipeline for future need.
• Track pipeline metrics and recruiting performance; participate in process improvements.
