Job summary

Judi Health, a health technology company, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-clinical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Responsibilities include managing the recruiting process, screening for technical and cultural fit, and building a robust passive talent pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, etc.
