Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Richmond, VA is seeking an HR Scheduler to coordinate interview scheduling across multiple sites.

The role is a 12-month contract with a 3 days onsite and 2 days remote schedule. You will be the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients, negotiating times, guiding candidates through onsite and virtual interviews, and partnering with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as HR Coordinator or HR Analyst or Recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience in Interviews Scheduling.
• 1+ year of experience in using Adhoc or Powerday Scheduling Tool.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Ad Hoc and PowerDay interview scheduling.
• Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients.
• Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews.
• Guide candidates through onsite and virtual interviews.
• Collaborate with recruiters and interviewers to ensure a smooth process.
• Manage confidential files and travel details for candidates.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings/locations as needed.

Job description

Location Richmond, VA - 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Duration 12 months contract with possible extension and conversion

Overview:

• Ad Hoc and Power day scheduling
• Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients
• Negotiate times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews
• Guide candidates through the interview process (onsite and virtually)
• Partners with others to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information in a professional manner
• Oversee travel details and communications between candidates, recruiters and our travel partner
• Ability to travel between multiple building/locations (generally in one geographic area)
• Partner with multiple members of the team to cover onsite interview experience needs and responsibilities

Must Haves:

• Ability to commute into the office 3 days of the week (Mon-Thurs)
• 2+ years of experience as HR Coordinator or HR Analyst or Recruiting
• 2+ years of experience in Interviews Scheduling.
• 1+ year of experience in using Adhoc or Powerday Scheduling Tool.
