Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant (Specialist) to join our Queenstown-based team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized roles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong relationships with clients and candidates across defined sectors.

You will develop and maintain talent pipelines and negotiate offers to onboard new hires. With 3+ years in recruitment, you will stay current on industry trends and best practices,
