You will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment or business development, strong local market knowledge, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or business development.
• Strong understanding of the Eastern Cape job market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to source and attract candidates for diverse roles.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Eastern Cape region, focusing on Queenstown and its environs.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Conduct thorough client needs assessments to accurately understand staffing requirements and culture.
• Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates from the regional talent pool.
• Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market trends, and salary expectations.
• Collaborate with the broader consultancy team to share market intelligence and leverage collective expertise.
• Represent the company at local business events and networking functions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and candidate experience.
