We’re Mpower Direct — a leading marketing company in the renewable energy space. Our mission is to empower communities and build a cleaner energy future. We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with our Regional Sales Manager and help us grow our sales team.

Salary: $50,000/year (Based on experience) plus benefits.

Responsibilities

As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind one of our fastest-growing offices, supporting the team with high-volume hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level sales roles
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Leader to align on hiring needs
  • Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
  • Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energized
  • Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
  • Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dreamovers” (our term for internal career moves)
  • Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
