About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Talent Scout / Recruiter to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a remote position ideal for someone bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) who excels at multi-tasking, building relationships, and identifying exceptional talent.

Compensation: $800–$1,000/week

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify D1 athletes on LinkedIn and other platforms using targeted outreach strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct Zoom interviews to screen and evaluate new talent
• Engage with candidates, assess their fit, and support the hiring process
