Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing in Ohio is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to develop core recruitment skills in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. You will learn from an experienced leader and join a collaborative team in a fast-paced field office.

The program pays $21.26/hour during a 13 week training period with potential overtime, and after successful completion you advance to Recruiter 1 at $52,500 per year with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call candidates.
• Support incoming calls from HCPs, SBPs, and clients with timely assistance.
• Navigate onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
