Upon successful completion, you are promoted to Recruiter 1 with a salary of $52,500 and uncapped commission. You will manage workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings, and use recruitment technologies to source and engage candidates, while ensuring timely

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates using recruitment technologies.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School Based Professionals, and clients.
• Review onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
