Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to guide the recruiting team from initial engagement through onboarding and first shift placement. You will partner with branch operations to meet staffing needs and uphold our HALOS values, while coaching clinicians through the recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of leading with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in recruiting or related roles.
• Experience leading a recruiting team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day recruiting team execution and monitor activity.
• Support Clinical Recruiters and Administrators through onboarding and first shift placement.
• Coach recruiters on urgency, communication, and staffing outcomes.
• Partner with branch teams on staffing priorities and urgent needs.
• Monitor regional staffing and drive timely placements for clients.
• Identify gaps in recruiting, onboarding, or staffing workflows and implement solutions.
• Review team metrics and trends to support accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes and documentation.
