Qualifications

• This role requires 7+ years in a business operations function.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments is a plus.
• Proven track record in coordinating multi-stakeholder processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, execution, and performance across regions.
• Coach and develop Recruiting Team Leads and team members.
• Guide teams from initial engagement through onboarding and placement.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize staffing needs and remove barriers.
• Monitor performance, pipeline health, and staffing outcomes using data.
• Identify gaps and lead improvements to processes and tools.
• Ensure compliant execution of recruiting processes and documentation.
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Model HALOS values and promote a high-accountability culture.
