Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead for an on-site role at our Sherman, TX area office. You will oversee day-to-day recruiting activities, coach Clinical Recruiters, and partner with branch teams to meet staffing goals for our medically complex client population.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting with leadership experience, excels in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates accountability and clear communication in a HALOS-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related high-volume roles
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and accountability
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting team execution and monitor activity
• Support Clinical Recruiters and Administrators through onboarding and first shift placement
• Coach recruiters on urgency, communication, and staffing outcomes
• Partner with branch teams on staffing priorities and urgent needs
• Monitor regional staffing needs and drive timely clinician placement
• Identify process gaps and implement staffing solutions
• Review metrics and support accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure consistent recruiting processes and documentation
• Foster a positive, high-accountability HALOS culture
• Model urgency and ownership in daily interactions
