Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks a strategic Director of Recruiting to lead staffing across assigned regions. You will guide Recruiting Team Leads, shape sourcing strategies, and align clinician placement with client needs and HALOS values.

This on-site role combines leadership with hands-on recruitment operations, onboarding, process improvements, and cross‑functional partnership to deliver high‑quality staffing outcomes for medically complex children and young adults.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a business operations function.
5+ years of leadership experience managing direct and indirect reports.
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting strategy, execution, and performance across assigned regions or markets.
Coach and develop Recruiting Team Leads and team members for staffing outcomes.
Guide teams from engagement through onboarding and first‑shift placement.
Partner with leadership to prioritize staffing needs and remove barriers to clinician placement.
Monitor pipeline health, clinician starts, and productivity to guide improvements.
Identify gaps in recruiting and lead process improvements.
