Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to attract, engage, place, and support exceptional nurses who align with our HALOS values. This on-site role supports staffing and growth in Sherman, TX.

You will recruit, source, and manage clinicians through the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with branch operations to meet urgent staffing needs and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing or related roles.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM, Outlook and scheduling tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with employees, clinicians, clients, or customers daily.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians.
• Build clinician relationships and candidate experience.
• Match clinicians to client opportunities by fit, availability, location, and schedule.
• Discuss schedules, compensation, and placement details with candidates.
• Manage candidate progression from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with branch teams on staffing priorities and placements.
• Support branch staffing by filling client needs with qualified clinicians.
• Maintain documentation in recruiting systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding with Recruiting Administrators.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to staffing challenges.
