We’re looking for a Relationship Manager with 3–5+ years of staffing agency experience who can manage recruiting teams, improve candidate quality, and ensure consistent recruiting performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and monitor recruiters’ daily performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong staffing agency recruiting background across IT, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Legal, or Administrative roles.
• Experience leading recruiters or managing recruiting operations.
• Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, performance metrics, and quality control.
