Company Confidential is seeking a recruiter who thrives on headhunting, talent discovery, and closing successful placements. A candidate with 3–5 years of extensive recruiting experience and strong active sourcing skills is preferred.

The role involves recruiting across IT, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Construction, Engineering, and Legal sectors, using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS, and job boards to identify top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across IT, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Construction, Engineering, and/or Legal.
• Strong LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS, and job-board skills.
• Experience sourcing, screening, engaging, and closing candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver qualified candidates.
