We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-perm, or direct hire positions across various industries. You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships and matching top talent with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and match them to appropriate job openings.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to quickly respond to client staffing needs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and organizational culture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (e.g., placements, submissions, interviews).

Qualifications
